Man Charged With Obstruction: Cranford Police
Wali Moses had an active arrest warrant in Irvington, police said.
CRANFORD, NJ - A 35-year-old Newark man was arrested after a traffic stop on March 3 and charged with obstruction of the administration of the law, according to the Cranford Police Department.
According to authorities, a 2009 Hyundai was stopped on Raritan Road and Coleman Avenue for unclear plates by Patrolman Jason D'Agostino.
Following an investigation on scene, D’Agostino arrested a passenger, Wali Moses, for obstruction, police said. He was processed and provided with a Municipal Court appearance date. In addition, he was found to have an active arrest warrant issued by the Irvington Municipal Court, police said.

The driver of the vehicle was issued motor vehicle summonses for an open container and unclear plates, police said.
