Michigan Woman Indicted For 'Inappropriate Relationship' With Union County Boy, 11: Report
Jessica Carlton had an inappropriate relationship with a local boy that spiraled into an alleged sexual obsession, authorities say.

A 44-year-old Michigan woman has been indicted by a Union County grand jury on charges she had an inappropriate relationship with a juvenile, according to reports.
Jessica Carlton is facing three counts of attempting to lure or entice a child and five counts of endangering the welfare of a child, NJ.com reported.
According to authorities, Carlton had an inappropriate two-year relationship with an 11-year-old Union County boy that spiraled into an alleged sexual obsession.

Carlton allegedly met the boy through her son’s Xbox Live gaming account in May of 2013, the Union County Prosecutor’s Office’s said. Over the next two years, the relationship became sexually explicit as Carlton exchanged naked photos, had nude video chat sessions, and wrote about sexual fantasies which involved the young teen, according to a search warrant affidavit obtained by Michigan Live.
Carlton kept two journals dedicated to the victim – one which described sexual fantasies about him and the other in which she wrote “I love you” every night as a tribute to him,Michigan Live reported.

Carlton was extradited to New Jersey and is being held at the Union County jail.
