Molly Is Cranford's Pet Of The Week

CRANFORD, NJ — Meet Molly! She has been chosen as Cranford Patch's Pet Of The Week.

"Hi my name Is Molly! I am a Golden Retriever and I live on the south side of Cranford. I was named after the place my parents met during karaoke night. We are right by Hillside Ave School and my Daddy takes me to the field often to play catch.

I am very friendly and love when anyone comes over my house to visit. I look out the window most of the day and know all of the other dogs and people in the neighborhood! (Sometimes when My parents take me for a walk, I introduce them to my friends I see from the window).

I am very caring and lovable. I am always looking after my human sister who has special needs, and my human brother. I lay in the hallway at night to make sure I can check on both of them. I love them both, my entire family, and all of you!"

Participating in the Pet of the Week happenings is simple: submit your nomination by emailing alexis.tarrazi@patch.com. Be sure to include a photograph or two of your pet, a paragraph about what makes him or her so great, and the part of town you're from. You can choose to include your name, but you don't need to. Then just keep an eye out for a photo of your pet on the Patch!

The photo can be of a present pet, or it can be a baby picture of the adult pet you're so proud of today.
