New Contemporary Worship Experience at First Presbyterian Church of Cranford! November 13 at 5:00 pm!
Join the "Inspire Praise Band" as they lead the 5:00 pm worship experience on Nov 13. Lively music, uplifting message with Holy Communion!
Tired of frumpy worship services? (Did I just say church was frumpy?) The First Presbyterian Church of Cranford is testing out a Contemporary Worship Experience, complete with a Praise Band leading in song and worship. The worship service is kid and family friendly. It's also teen and young adult friendly. Hey - we're just friendly and everyone is welcome! There is a short, uplifting message from the Pastor, and Holy Communion is served by intinction. (This means you line up sort of like in the Catholic Church, rip off a piece of bread from the loaf, dip it in the cup and consume the elements together while returning to your seat).
The Inspire Worship Experience will generally be held on the second Sunday every month (except if it conflicts with a major Holiday then we might change the date) at 5:00 pm in the Dorothy Snyder Chapel, located directly behind the Sanctuary at First Presbyterian Church of Cranford. We are located at the corner of North Union and Springfield Avenue in Cranford.
