From the top of our highest mountain to our last undeveloped beaches, discover the stories of our parks—who called them home, what happened in and around them, and how they have been preserved for generations of visitors. Kevin Woyce is the author of several regional history books, including Liberty: The Amazing Story of America’s Favorite Statue, New Jersey State Parks: History and Facts, Hudson River Lighthouses and History, Lighthouses U.S.A., Jersey Shore History & Facts, and Niagara: River of Wonders.
