Shoplifter Had Syringe: Cranford Police
Justin Kugel was also charged with possession, police said.
CRANFORD, NJ - A 42-year-old Roselle man was arrested and charged with shoplifting, possession of a hypodermic syringe and possession of drug paraphernalia after an incident at a South Avenue West business on May 18, according to the Cranford Police Department.
According to authorities, police units were dispatched to a South Avenue West business on a report of a shoplifter. Following an investigation on scene, Patrolman Corey LoForte arrested an individual, Justin Kugel, for shoplifting, police said.
In addition, Kugel was found to be in possession of a hypodermic syringe and drug paraphernalia, police said.

He was processed and provided with a Municipal Court appearance date.
