Smudge Is Cranford's Pet Of The Week

CRANFORD, NJ — Meet Smudge! She has been chosen as Cranford Patch's Pet Of The Week.

"I own a cute little Cavalier called Toffee a cat named Smudge. Smudge LOVES her canine companion Toffee very much, she especially likes cuddling up to him on the settee. She must admit she is a little bit jealous of Toffee, while her owner Lewis assures her he loves them both equally, he has set up a website all about Toffee spanielking.com and she's feeling a little left out! Toffee has never been featured in a newspaper though, so hopefully, she now has one up on him!"

Participating in the Pet of the Week happenings is simple: submit your nomination by emailing alexis.tarrazi@patch.com. Be sure to include a photograph or two of your pet, a paragraph about what makes him or her so great, and the part of town you're from. You can choose to include your name, but you don't need to. Then just keep an eye out for a photo of your pet on the Patch!
