Exercise and nature go together like peanut butter and jelly. It’s amazing what a difference getting a good workout feels like in the fresh air rather than a stuffy gym. A social setting is also a huge benefit. Teamwork and encouragement from others will help you push yourself harder than you thought you could do on your own. Lastly, each class engages the brain. Exercises that challenge you to think not only benefit the physical body but will strengthen your mind as well.

Do participants need to bring equipment?

An exercise mat and small hand weights can always be incorporated but not mandatory to bring. Plenty of water and a sweat towel is recommended. Appropriate athletic clothing needs to be worn including sneakers and breathable clothing material.
