Technology Used to Keep Traffic Moving on Garden State Parkway

The busiest roadway in Cranford is the Garden State Parkway. Keeping all those vehicles moving is the job of the NJ Turnpike Authority.

Heading down the shore, going to work, or just heading out for a drive, each day thousands upon thousands of people pass through Cranford on the Garden State Parkway. The highway is operated by the New Jersey Turnpike Authority and Barry Pelletteri is the agency's CIO. He spoke with Transportation Radio about the role of technology in keeping all that traffic moving.
