Tinted Windows Lead To Drug Arrest In Cranford: Police
Henry Valderrama was arrested after a motor vehicle stop, police said.

CRANFORD, NJ - A 21-year-old Linden man was arrested on drug charges after a motor vehicle stop on Jan. 12, according to the Cranford Police Department.
According to police, Patrolman Nelson Hearns stopped a 2017 Audi on Commerce Drive for having tinted windows. Following an investigation at the scene, Hearns arrested a passenger, Henry Valderrama, for suspected marijuana and THC oils found inside the vehicle, police said.
Valderrama was charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance, possession of under 50g of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, police said.

Valderrama was processed and provided with a Superior Court appearance date, police said. In addition, the driver was issued a motor vehicle summons for tinted windows.
