Westfield Area YMCA Hosts Lunchtime Lecture On Strategies For A Healthy Brain
WESTFIELD AREA YMCA HOSTS LUNCHTIME LECTURE ON STRATEGIES FOR A HEALTHY BRAIN

The Westfield Area YMCA is hosting a free “Strategies for a Healthy Brain" lecture on Wednesday, September 28th from 12:30 pm-2:00 pm at the Main Y Facility, 220 Clark Street.
The lecture will be led by Michelle Papka, Ph.D., Director and Founder of CRCNJ. Dr. Papka has 25 years combined experience as a researcher and clinician specializing in the field of aging, Alzheimer’s disease, and dementia and is a neuropsychologist, psychotherapist and active researcher with numerous publications and is an active public speaker in the field.
Participants will learn about memory loss, normal age decline and what could be something more serious as well as strategies and life style choices to maintain a healthy brain. You can bring a bag lunch.
