• Dover Man Charged With Driving While Intoxicated After Livingston Avenue Stop (morrisfocus.com) — A 21-year-old Dover resident was arrested on Livingston Avenue after police said field sobriety tests and a breath test showed a blood alcohol level nearly three times the legal limit. Dover officers detailed his performance on multiple tests before charging him with DWI and several related motor vehicle offenses. He was later released to a family member, and all charges remain accusations.
