2 Warehouses Proposed At East Brunswick's Harts Lane

The proposed site is located in the township's Industrial/Manufacturing zone

EAST BRUNSWICK, NJ – Two new warehouses have been proposed on Harts Lane in East Brunswick.

Gear Six Auto Parts is seeking preliminary and final site plan approval to build the warehouses on 12 Harts Lane, according to documents.

The proposed site is located in the township’s Industrial/Manufacturing zone and is around 7.94 acres.

In March this year, East Brunswick’s Redevelopment Agency designated the applicant,

Sunscape Enterprises, Inc., as the conditional redevelopers of the property.

Gear Six Auto Parts proposes to demolish the existing structure and construct two buildings measuring 45,122 square feet and 63,492 square feet.
