Authorities Seek Help Locating Hit-&-Run Driver In East Brunswick
The driver of a Dodge Ram pickup truck fled the scene after striking a car head-on, authorities said.
EAST BRUNSWICK, NJ — The Middlesex County Prosecutor's Office and the East Brunswick Police Department are seeking the public’s help in the investigation of a hit-and-run that occurred on Sunday May 14, on Ryders Lane.
On May 14, at 8:41 p.m., authorities responded to the intersection of Ryders Lane and Peach Orchard Drive following the report of a motor vehicle crash.
According to the initial investigation, a Dodge Ram pickup truck crossed the double yellow line and struck an Acura MDX head-on, Prosecutor Yolanda Ciccone and Police Chief Frank LoSacco said.

On arrival, authorities found the Dodge Ram unoccupied. The occupants of the Acura which included a male, female and two juveniles were taken to Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital for treatment.
The occupants of the Dodge Ram pickup truck fled the scene on foot and have not been located, Ciccone said. Authorities are seeking the assistance of any witnesses who were in the area at the time of the crash.
