Central Jersey Church Of Christ Proposes New Home In East Brunswick

The Church has proposed to renovate the building on 108 Church Lane. Zoning Board will hear the application on Thursday.

EAST BRUNSWICK, NJ — The Central Jersey Church of Christ has proposed to build a new and permanent home in East Brunswick.

The Church hopes to convert the property on Church Lane, which was formerly owned by the Girls Scouts.

The Zoning Board will be hearing the application on Thursday.

The Church has proposed to renovate the building on 108 Church Lane and construct additional 4,080 square feet of space for a school.

The property is located in the RP Single-Family Rural Preservation District of the township. On this site, a church and school are conditionally permitted use, hence the need for the Zoning Board to review the plan.

NDK Realty LLC has proposed a Chick-fil-A on the property at 371 & 377 Route 18 South.
