Democrats Projected To Win Council Bid In East Brunswick: Unofficial Results
Democrats hold a lead in their bid for four council seats, according to unofficial results.

EAST BRUNSWICK, NJ — With 100 percent districts reporting on Wednesday morning, the four Democrat candidates were leading the Republican challengers for a seat on the East Brunswick Council.
Incumbents Kevin T. McEvoy, Dana Zimbicki, and James Wendell received 7,951, 8,051 and 7,836 votes respectively. Meanwhile, newcomer Dana Winston won 7,837 votes.
According to the unofficial results from Middlesex County, Republican challengers Antoinette Evola got 6,315 votes; Joseph Kincaid 6,425; David Herrera 6,491 and Neal Shah received 6,341 votes.

The tally is subject to change as the Board of Elections receives and processes all ballots that have been cast in the election, according to the county clerk.
The County Board of Canvassers will certify the official results on or before November 21.
