The Raritan Valley YMCA (www.raritanvalleyymca.org) has teamed up with the Middlesex County Office of Aging & Disabled Services at 732-745-3295 to increase public awareness of services and opportunities for county seniors, the disabled, and their care givers. Project Lifesaver
Project Lifesaver is a free radio tracking bracelet that is monitored by local police and available to County residents who have a history of wandering due to illness or disability such as autism or alzheimer's disease, for example. A caregiver must live with the participant and be able to check the bracelet battery signal daily.
