11 a.m. - 1 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 26 at Brunswick Square Mall. Panera Bread and Cinnabon have kindly agreed to provide free coffee and snacks.
EAST BRUNSWICK, NJ — Join the East Brunswick Police Department Saturday, Oct. 26 for "Coffee with a Cop" at the Brunswick Square Mall on Rt. 18.
All members of the community are invited to come together in an informal, neutral space to discuss community issues, build relationships ... and drink coffee. All community members are invited to attend.
It goes from 11:00 a.m. - 1 p.m. Saturday at the Brunswick Square Mall, 755 Rt. 18 South. The Brunswick Square Mall is graciously opening its doors to host the event. Panera Bread and Cinnabon have kindly agreed to provide free coffee and refreshments.

Coffee with a Cop provides a unique opportunity for community members to ask questions and learn more about the department’s work in East Brunswick’s neighborhoods. The majority of contact law enforcement has with the public happen during emergencies, or emotional situations. Those situations are not always the most effective times for relationship-building with the community and some community members may feel that officers are unapproachable on the street.
Coffee with a Cop breaks down barriers and allows for a relaxed, one-on-one interaction.
