East Brunswick Is Hosting LEGO Coding & Robotics Classes Next Week
This camp will introduce children to coding, robotics, and engineering. The camp will be held from August 7-11.
EAST BRUNSWICK, NJ — Looking for something interesting for your child? East Brunswick is hosting a LEGO Coding and Robotics camp next week. The camp will be held from August 7-11, 9 a.m.- 12 p.m. for incoming grades 4-6.
The interactive camp will be led by Built By Me STEM Learning. This camp will introduce children to coding, robotics, and engineering using the LEGO® Education Robotics Construction Sets.
Throughout the duration of the camp, children will participate in hands-on STEM activities and team-building challenges to learn concepts such as sequencing, debugging, and troubleshooting.

They will work in pairs on building models using sensors and motors that will allow them to code their prototypes to simulate the Earth's environment using Scratch MIT, a block-based coding language.
