East Brunswick Man, 64, Killed While Riding A Bike Sunday
Police say the man was riding a bike at 11:50 a.m. west on Green Acres Avenue. He was hit crossing the intersection of Merrill Avenue.
EAST BRUNSWICK, NJ — A 64-year-old East Brunswick man was killed Sunday morning while riding his bike, after police say he was hit by a car driven by a 17-year-old local girl, also from East Brunswick.
The bicyclist has been identified as Michael Kuczynski.
Police say the man was riding a bike at 11:50 a.m. west on Green Acres Avenue. As he crossed the intersection of Merrill Avenue, he was hit by a red 2016 Toyota Corolla, driven by the local teen girl.

EMS and paramedics rushed him to Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, but he later succumbed to his injuries at the hospital.
The teen driver was also taken to Robert Wood for minor treatment.

The circumstances surrounding the collision are currently being investigated. If anyone was a witness to the collision or has any information regarding the collision they are asked to contact Ptl. Michael McGlynn, Jr. of the East Brunswick Police Special Operations Section at (732) 390-6969.
