An Army ROTC cadet from East Brunswick is among the 27 expected to be commissioned as second lieutenants during a ceremony at Rutgers University.
The Rutgers Army ROTC 2015 officer commissioning ceremony will be held Tuesday at Kirkpatrick Chapel in New Brunswick, according to a news release from Rutgers.
The ceremony is sponsored by the Department of Military Science, Scarlet Knight Battalion.

The keynote speaker is Retired Brig. Gen. Bruce B. Bingham, U.S. Army.
Pritish Sahoo of East Brunswick, is one of three Middlesex County cadets who will be commissioned as second lieutenants.

The others are Nabeel Rokerya and Samuel A. Kuldinow, both of North Brunswick.
