East Brunswick Resident Fatally Shot In New Brunswick: Police
Nathaniel Edwards Jr, 23, died on Jan. 9 after being shot in New Brunswick.
EAST BRUNSWICK, NJ — A 23-year-old East Brunswick resident was identified as the victim who was fatally shot in New Brunswick on Sunday, Jan. 9, Middlesex County Prosecutor Yolanda Ciccone said.
Around 10:18 a.., on Jan. 9, authorities responded to the area of Remsen Avenue and Seaman Street following the report of a shooting. On arrival, officers found Nathaniel Edwards, Jr., 23, of East Brunswick, who sustained a gunshot wound, Ciccone said. Edwards was taken to a nearby hospital where he was treated for his injuries. He died the same day, Ciccone said.
