East Brunswick Students Serving as Summer Interns for Congressman Holt

A total of four East Brunswick students are among 16 interns who are serving in the Congressional Offices of U.S. Rep. Rush Holt (NJ-12), Holt announced on Tuesday.

Michael Abrams and Cindy Zhang are currently serving in Holt’s West Windsor office.

Adina Pearlman and Alex Werder are currently serving in Holt’s Washington, D.C. office.

All four are serving through August.

“This group of interns has been truly outstanding,” Holt said. “I am impressed by their willingness to learn, their intellect, and their commitment to serving the people of central New Jersey.”

Congressional interns are selected on a competitive basis and contribute in a variety of ways to Holt’s service to central New Jersey, including aiding in legislative research, attending congressional hearings, conducting community outreach, troubleshooting constituent issues with federal agencies, and helping with office administrative duties.
