How to Raise a Healthy Child in a Toxic Food EnvironmentThe workshop will include discussions about:
- Helping your child achieve a healthy diet and weight through nutrition;
- How to deal with your child's obesity;
- Helping your child cope with teasing and bullies; and
- Developing skills in your role as 'gatekeeper' and 'coach.'
Fee is $10 per participant.
