Find out what senior services are available in Middlesex County

The Raritan Valley YMCA (www.raritanvalleyymca.org) has teamed up with the Middlesex County Office of Aging & Disabled Services at 732-745-3295 to increase public awareness of services and opportunities for county seniors, the disabled, and their care givers. For information about the YMCA food distribution program, blood pressure screening program or senior exercise classes, call 732-257-4114.

There are multiple county resources to aid seniors and those with disabilities. Contact the Middlesex County Office of Aging and Disabled Services at 732-745-3295 and ask to speak with someone in Information and Assistance. The Information and Assistance staff is available Monday through Friday, from 8:30 am to 4:15 pm. County staff will complete a brief intake to determine what programs you may be eligible for and will answer any questions you may have.
