Five Star Swim Club Proposed At Mall On Route 18 East Brunswick

EAST BRUNSWICK, NJ – Midstate Owner LLC., is planning to build a Five Star Swim Club on Route 18.

The developer plans to build the 7,730 square feet swim club at Midstate Mall. The site is located within a portion of the former NYSC building at 314 Route 18, according to public documents submitted with the township.

The suggested site is currently lying vacant.

The applicant is seeking variance relief from the bulk and yard requirement pertaining to front yard setback, maximum height, maximum lot coverage, landscape buffer, parking area setback and minimum parking.

The proposed hours of operation are Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 3 p.m. to 9 p.m.; Tuesday and Friday 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.; Saturday and Sunday 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The swim school will employ three to five employees during peak shift.
