The Raritan Valley YMCA (www.raritanvalleyymca.org) has teamed up with the Middlesex County Office of Aging & Disabled Services at 732-745-3295 to increase public awareness of services and opportunities for county seniors, the disabled, and their care givers. For information about the YMCA food distribution program, blood pressure screening program or senior exercise classes, call 732-257-4114.
The YMCA has a SNAP Navigator on staff who can provide you with food and help in enrolling for the federal Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP). Simply call or visit the YMCA at 144 Tices Lane in East Brunswick - 732-257-411.
