Help NJ Police Find East Brunswick Rest Stop Assault Suspect

State police seek help identifying a woman who allegedly assaulted a cashier at the Joyce Kilmer service area, police said.

EAST BRUNSWICK, NJ — The New Jersey State Police is seeking the public’s help with identifying a woman who allegedly assaulted a cashier at the Joyce Kilmer service area on NJ Turnpike.

On Wednesday, Feb. 16, around 4:15 p.m., the woman entered Starbucks at the Joyce Kilmer service area and assaulted the cashier by throwing an object at the victim and striking the victim with a closed fist, NJ Police said.

The woman then fled the service area before troopers could arrive on the scene.
