JB Cocoa In East Brunswick Plans Expansion

The company is seeking preliminary and final site plan approval to expand its facilities at 9 Cotters Lane.

EAST BRUNSWICK, NJ — JB Cocoa EBNJ LLC is looking to expand its facilities at 9 Cotters Lane, East Brunswick.

The company has applied to the East Brunswick Zoning Board of Adjustment for preliminary and final site plan approval to demolish the existing structure and build a new three-story building.

The building will include 6,032 square feet of office space, manufacturing space of 15,965 square feet, and around 147,228 square feet space for shipping and warehouse, and 4,504 square feet of storage space.

The company is looking to expand its current facility to provide a production facility for cocoa butter and cocoa powder processing.

The zoning board is all set to discuss the application at the meeting on Aug. 5 at 7:30 p.m.
