Making the Official Cocktail of NJ Restaurant Week at Gusto Grill

New Jersey Restaurant Association member and Gusto Grill Manager Nicholas Davidson demonstrates how to mix his original cocktail creation "The Garden State of Mine".

It's nearly time once again for NJ Restaurant week, to be held this year from Sept. 18 - 25.

Dozens of restaurants all over the state will offer special meals for that week, costing no more than $19 for lunch and $35 for dinner.

"The Garden State of Mine," an original creation by Nicholas Davidson of in East Brunswick, is the official cocktail of NJ Restaurant Week, and will be made available to all participating restaurants.

Davidson's award winning cocktail, which took first place in the 2011 New Jersey Restaurant Association Mixologist of the Year Competition, is made almost exclusively with locally sourced ingredients.
