Meals for Seniors 60 and older

Middlesex County residents have options for county meal programs

Several programs are available to address nutritional needs of seniors 60 years old and over. Check the with the county for available meals and services at Nutrition Services | Middlesex County NJ or call 732-745-3295.

Available to Middlesex County Seniors aged 60 and older. The program is funded in part by a federal grant and relies on client donations for support. The recommended fair share contribution is $2.25 for congregate meals. The program has a varied menu of tasty entrees. We also offer a daily vegetarian menu and accommodate specialized diet for diabetics.

Home Delivered Meals

Available for isolated homebound seniors who have no formal or informal caregiver and are unable to attend a congregate meal program. The recommended fair share contribution is $2.75 for home-delivered meals.

Congregate Sites

Available at eight locations around the County. Each dining location sponsors guest lectures, holiday parties, health screenings, entertainment, and a unique social atmosphere. Transportation can be arranged to congregate meal sites. All sites are open Monday through Friday, except holidays. For locations and hours
