Middlesex County Fair Runs Aug. 6 - Aug. 12

Come on and check it out! Held on Cranbury Road in East Brunswick, the Middlesex County Fair is a beloved late-summer tradition.

EAST BRUNSWICK, NJ — Come one, come all! The Middlesex County Fair runs from Aug. 6 through Aug. 12 and is held at the Middlesex County Fairgrounds, 655 Cranbury Road in East Brunswick.

Now celebrating its 80th anniversary this year, the Middlesex County Fair is a beloved late-summer tradition that welcomes visitors from not just Central New Jersey, but across the state and tri-state region.

Fair hours are Monday through Friday 5-11 p.m., Saturday 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. and Sunday 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Tickets are $7 per adult, $4 for seniors (65 years old), $1 for children 3-12 years old. Two-years old and younger free. Parking is free.

There are the usual rides, such as the Ferris Wheel and other rides, but also exhibits from Middlesex County 4-H, such as a dog agility show, a goat show, a horse show, a pie-eating contest and more. There will also be a livestock tent and a small animal tent, where children and others can pet and feed livestock. Check out the agriculture building, where children can learn about New Jersey's rich farming history and the farming that continues in our state to this very day. There is also an extensive home arts section, where people show off prize-winning vegetables, tomatoes, home-baked goods and more.
