Lordi, 60, said he received information his colleague, Donna Dilullo, was in a car crash, and then accessed the victim’s deferred compensation/retirement account through Prudential. He pretended to be Dilullo, and transferred $135,517 into his own account, the report said.
Lordi faces a period of probation and potential 364-days of jail time if probation is violated. Lordi served as an administrative supervisor in the fee unit of the courts, the report said.
