Remembering The 8 East Brunswick Residents Who Died In 9/11

There will be a service at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 11 at Veterans Park to honor the eight East Brunswick residents who died that day.

EAST BRUNSWICK, NJ — Please join Mayor Brad Cohen and the East Brunswick Township Council this Wednesday, September 11 at 7:30 p.m., for a 9/11 memorial service at Veterans Park at the municipal complex.

This will be a half-hour memorial service to remember the events of Sept. 11, 2001 and the eight East Brunswick residents who died that day.

They are:

Hweidar Jian, 42, who worked for Cantor Fitzgerald as a software analyst

Suzanne H. Passaro, 38, who worked in the towers as a broker with Aon Corporation

Kenneth W. Van Auken, 47, who worked as a bond trader for Cantor Fitzgerald.

Alan Kleinberg, 39, who worked as a securities trader for Cantor Fitzgerald

Stuart Seid Louis, 43, who worked for Sandler O'Neil & Partners as Managing Director, Asset Liability Management

Siew-Nya Ang, 37, who worked for Marsh & McLennan as an analyst

Susan Blair, 35, who worked as an insurance executive for Aon Corporation (92nd floor, Tower 2)

Paul William Innella, 33, who worked as a systems analyst for Cantor (103rd floor, Tower 1)

East Brunswick built a memorial in their honor, consisting of two granite towers inscribed with their names.
