The Middlesex County Empowering Seniors Fall Prevention Network (MCESFPN) is a network of older adult service providers (including municipalities, non-profits, and other organizations providing services for older adults and individuals with disabilities in Middlesex County) focused on falls prevention efforts and exercise.
