For food insecurity, senior support, screenings, exercise or wellness programs, contact the YMCA for information at 732-257-4114.Seniors are also welcome to come by the Y to pick up a food box and get on the produce list. Those over 65 may also check their supplemental plan to see if it provides free access to the Y (Silver Seniors or Silver & Fit).The Y is located at 144 Tices Lane in East Brunswick and offers private work out rooms, a general fitness center, and senior exercise classes.
