Tile Breaking Ceremony Marks Major Renovation of Menlo Park Mall
Project will include new Dining Pavilion, restrooms, revamped entrances and more

by KJR
Simon, a global leader in retail real estate, announced today a major renovation of Menlo Park Mall. Simon officials were joined by Township of Edison Mayor Thomas Lankey, mall retailers and other dignitaries in a “tile breaking” ceremony at the mall this morning to officially mark the impending start of the major renovation.
Construction is expected to begin by early April and is slated for completion in November. The project will touch a significant portion of the interior and exterior of the property and include a complete transformation of the existing food area into a spectacular new Dining Pavilion. All work will be performed to minimize interference or customer inconvenience during the mall’s regular operating hours.
