Trick-Or-Treat: Here Are The Halloween Events In East Brunswick
From a scavenger hunt to movie screenings and more, the Township has organized a number of Halloween events for residents this year.
EAST BRUNSWICK, NJ - Halloween is around the corner, and East Brunswick has a slew of events planned for residents this year.
It begins this Saturday with the 2nd Annual Family Trick-or-Treat Scavenger Hunt with the East Brunswick Regional Chamber of Commerce. Families will use their knowledge of East Brunsciwk businesses ad organizations, and with help from a map, drive their way from location to location, picking up treats along the way. The scavenger hunt begins 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., and is open to East Brunswick residents only. Pre-registration for this event is required via the Recreation & Parks Department's online registration system (https://registration.eastbruns...).
The same evening, at the Community Arts Center, enjoy the screening of the films Hocus Pocus and Beetlejuice, beginning at 6:35 p.m.

Residents can also participate in the township's scariest Halloween house and pet costume contests. Email your house address/photo and pet name/photo to recreation@eastbrunswick.org for inclusion in the contest. All entries must be received by Oct. 20 and voting will take place Oct. 23 to 29.
