Two Dozen Harpers to Perform at the Library

Harpers Escape to East Brunswick Library, Sunday.

The delicate sound of the harp can be soothing and wonderful. Just imagine what it will be like when more than two dozen harpers perform at the on Sunday, October 16 at 1:30 p.m.

The musicians’ visit is part of the annual Harpers’ Escape held in New Brunswick, where noted harpers Grainne Hambly, from Ireland, and William Jackson and Sharon Knowles of Scotland, and U.S.-based teachers Kathy DeAngelo and Debbie Brewin-Wilson teach traditional Irish and Scottish music on the harp. This fantastic event culminates with a free public concert right here at the Library, so don’t miss it. This event is sponsored by the Library and the East Brunswick Arts Commission.
