The building was recently rebuilt after , forcing , and   to relocate. So far, Gold World is the only tenant to move into the rebuilt building, which boasts a large basement, and new heating, cooling and electrical work.

“It’s a big beautiful structure,” Trenta said earlier this month. “It looks good from highway and lends itself to north and southbound traffic.“

He also said location should be a big selling point. The building is on Route 18 in front of the Brunswick Square Mall, and with the signage that is allowed on that particular site, commuters should be able to see from miles away.
