Woman Stabs Ex-Boyfriend’s Girlfriend At East Brunswick Motel: Police
The New Brunswick woman was arrested and charged with attempted murder and other offenses, police said.

EAST BRUNSWICK, NJ — A 37-year-old New Brunswick woman was charged with attempted murder and other offenses after she stabbed another woman, East Brunswick Police said Wednesday.
On July 4, around 10:11 a.m., the East Brunswick Police Department received a 911 call of a reporting stabbing at Studio 6 (246 Highway 18).
According to investigation, Quadira Banks, 37, stabbed her ex-boyfriend’s girlfriend several times in the face and body.

Banks then entered her vehicle and attempted to run the victim over two times before fleeing the scene, police said. The victim was taken to Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital (RWJUH) in New Brunswick and was in stable condition.
A warrant was issued for Banks for attempted murder, two (2) counts of aggravated assault, and possession of a weapon for unlawful purposes.

Banks was located and taken into custody at RWJUH in New Brunswick and subsequently processed and lodged in the Middlesex County Adult Correctional Facility.
