Woman Struck By Tractor Trailer In South Brunswick
At 8:30 a.m. South Brunswick Police received several 911 calls reporting a woman was struck by a tractor trailer.

According to the South Brunswick Police Department:
At 8:30 a.m. South Brunswick Police received several 911 calls reporting a woman was struck by a tractor trailer in the parking lot of 1 Commerce Drive - Taro Pharmaceuticals.
South Brunswick EMS and paramedics arrived and called for a New Jersey State Police helicopter to transport the victim. The helicopter flew the victim to Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Brunswick where she is in critical condition.

South Brunswick Police Department Traffic Safety is investigating the accident. Preliminary indications are the victim had just exited her vehicle and was walking towards the warehouse when the tractor trailer struck her and ran over her.
The driver of the truck stopped when witnesses told him he had struck the woman. Investigators are still at the scene investigating.
