$2.1M Lottery Ticket Sold In Morris County

The lucky winner bought the ticket at a 7-Eleven.

MORRIS COUNTY, NJ — A Morris County resident is roughly $2 million richer after a lucky lottery purchase this week.

On Thursday, a Pick-6 lottery ticket was bought at the 7-Eleven on Ridgedale Avenue in East Hanover, according to lottery officials. The ticket matched all six digits from the drawing: 2,3,5, 23, 32, and 44.

The ticket is worth $2.1 million and has a cash value of $921,815.

Lottery officials say the odds of a $2 ticket matching all six numbers are 9,366,819 to one.

It's the second successful Pick-6 ticket sold this week, with one online shopper buying one worth $7.7 million.

The Pick 6 top prize has been reset to $2 million. Drawings are Monday, Thursday and Saturday.
