On November 29, 2012, Family First HomeCare and CareOne of Morris teamed up to raise awareness and promote better health for Diabetes Awareness Month. The event was held at ShopRite of Parsippany, and offered free blood pressure and glucose screenings to the general public. Many shoppers stopped to meet with the nurses and other members of both organizations. The event was a great success!
