Florham Park Recreation Basketball Registration Begins

Registration for the Florham Park Recreation Department’s winter basketball program begins on Friday, September 14^th. The following programs are offered:

• Saturday morning clinics for 1^st-2^nd graders. Children will learn basic rules and skills, and play mini-games.
• League for 3^rd-4^th graders with weeknight practices and games in Florham Park.
• League for 5^th-6^th graders with weeknight practices in Florham Park, and Saturday games in Florham Park and Hanover Township
• League for 7^th-8^th graders with practices in Florham Park and Hanover Township, as well as games in local Morris and Essex county communities.

Players in clinics and leagues will be grouped by gender. The clinics will start in January. The league teams will begin practicing in December. Volunteer coaches are needed for all age groups.

Registration ends on Friday, October 12^th, for the 3^rd-8^th grade leagues, and on Friday, November 2^nd, for the 1^st-2^nd grade clinics. Registration forms with fees are available at the local schools and downloadable online at www.florhamparkboro.net/recreation.
