Local Brain Training Center Wins Customer Service Award

LearningRx Brain Training Centers of Chester and Florham Park were honored with Customer Service Awards at the company’s national convention held this summer in Colorado Springs, CO.

The Chester Center, at 350 Main Street, Chester, NJ 07930 and the Florham Park Center at 195 Columbia Turnpike, Florham Park, NJ 07932 are both owned by Jim Goryeb of Randolph.

According to Tanya Mitchell, LearningRx Vice President of Research and Development, The Customer Service Award recognizes, as its name implies, a commitment to customer service.

The Chester and Florham Park Centers are among the top centers in customer satisfaction out of over 80 centers in the United States.

“Our Chester and Florham Park teams have done a great job of helping their students – both children and adults – rewire their brains in order to be faster and more efficient learners,” says Tanya Mitchell, a vice president with national office of Leaning Rx. “And because their brain trainers have produced not only life changing results, but also incredibly satisfied students, we know they’re providing impeccable customer service.”

LearningRx uses a 10-point scale to determine customer service. Adult students or the parents of younger students rate the likelihood they would recommend LearningRx to a friend.

“We are incredibly proud to have received these awards in recognition of the wonderful work of our Chester and Florham Park teams. We are greatly honored to have received these awards.” said Jim Goryeb.

This is the third consecutive year that the Chester Center has won this award and the second year that the Florham Park Center has won it.

“This program has helped so many people, of all ages, who thought there was no hope. I’m really proud of the work we do,” Goryeb said.

Goryeb first discovered LearningRx when he and his wife, Kim, were seeking help for their daughter, who was struggling with attention issues and with her academics, specifically in math and reading.

“It works,” he said. “I believe in it because I’ve seen it with my own eyes – first in my own child and now in the lives of the many families who have trained at our Centers in Chester and Florham Park. It really does change lives. We are privileged to be a part of this.”

LearningRx uses game-like exercises and 1 to 1 trainer-to-student ratios, and offer programs for both children and adults.
