Art Show and Sale by the WaterWorks Art Group

A variety of subjects and techniques are on view, including florals, seascapes, autumn vistas and landscapes.

Members of the WaterWorks Art Group are showing their water media paintings at NECA Headquarters on 80 S Jefferson Rd in Whippany from August 8th through October 7th, 2016. The paintings can be viewed during normal business hours.

The WaterWorks Art Group includes artists Medy Bozkurtian , Lyle Brehm, Sandra McTernan, Ann Piekarz, George Polazzi, Gail Silver, and Jill Vondervor-Frank.

This successful group was inspired by Carl Burger, well-known New Jersey artist, while taking classes at the Visual Arts Center of NJ in Summit. They have been painting together for more than five years, happily supporting each other with ideas, suggestions, and positive critiques. Exhibiting in annual shows is their way of sharing their enthusiasm for watercolor with the community. They have exhibited in many venues including the Essex Water Color Club, Drew Art Association, Morristown Memorial Medical Center, Overlook Medical Center, Paper Mill Playhouse, and Morristown Community Theater, MONDO in Summit and local libraries and corporations.
