Community Offers Support for Missing Madison Man's Family
Stephen Marano, a waiter at the Madison Hotel and volunteer firefighter, was last seen early Saturday at the Green Village Fire Department.

As a search for a missing Madison man entered its third day on Monday, a few community members Tweeted hopes of a safe return home for Stephen Marano and prayers for his family.
One person wrote, "Praying for the Marano family hope they find Stephen and he is okay!!!!"
Marano, 24, went missing early Saturday morning after stopping by the Green Village Fire Department, where he's a volunteer. His mother, Mary, said her son was seen on surveillance footage visiting the department and leaving by himself at about 1 a.m. Saturday.
Marano's Toyota 4Runner was found by one of his three brothers parked on Brittin Road near the Great Swamp in Chatham Township, prompting Mary Marano to file a missing persons report at about noon Saturday.
Authorities searched the rest of the day Saturday and again Sunday until it became too dark. The search resumed Monday morning.
Marano, a waiter at the Madison Hotel, is described as about 5-foot-9 and 150 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. He may have a shaved head or short hair cut, the prosecutor's office said. Marano was last seen wearing dark pants and a dark-colored sweatshirt.
