Dog Walk Against Cancer This Weekend In Florham Park

The annual Bark For Life walk will benefit the American Cancer Society.

FLORHAM PARK, NJ— The fourth annual Bark For Cancer puppy walk is coming up in Florham Park next month. The walk to benefit the American Cancer Society will be held on May 6.

The walk is in memory of Dave Minsavage, a high school teacher and baseball coach who passed away from cancer in 2015. Hanover Park High School seniors and walk co-founders Brendan Sardo, Jason Sardo, and Derek Saul will be running the event again, with help from 105.5 FM WDHA radio personality, Terri Carr.

Dogs and their owners are welcome to walk, and there will be music, doggie contests, craft and shopping vendors and food. This years walk is a lead-in event for Hanover Park High School's first ever Relay For Life, held on May 20.
