East Hanover, NJ December 17, 2013 - The Enterprise Holdings Foundation, the philanthropic arm of the company that, through its regional subsidiaries, operates the Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental and Alamo Rent A Car brands, recently donated $1,000 to the Friendship Circle, a New Jersey based community program. The donation will benefit the creation of a new community center for families with autistic and special needs children.
“We are proud to assist the community through our donation to the Friendship Circle,” said Michael Astino, area rental manager for Enterprise Holdings in New Jersey. “We know the Friendship Circle will continue to enrich the lives of families and volunteers within the community through this new facility.”
The LifeTown facility, located on Microlab Road in Livingston, will feature a "town village" complete with a town square, shops, bank and synagogue. The facility will also provide classrooms, a sensory play area, a multi-purpose room, lounge areas for parents and volunteers, a youth center and more.
